SPECOPS can send an instructor to work with you for as long as necessary to get you ready for whatever purpose you have as your personal objective. Whether you just want to get in shape, lose weight, train for an event, change of lifestyle, or just trying something new and different, we can provide a 1-day, 1-weekend, 1-work week, or a full week course that will change your life. We teach DIET, EXERCISE, and GENERAL WAY OF LIFE with the SPECIAL FORCES PSYCHOLOGY that leads to overall greater performance capabilities and personal potential.
SPECOPS can also send a Fitness Master Trainer to your location to provide one week-worth of military-style fitness programs every morning before your employees start their work day as an optional event, or as an on-the-clock activity as well.
Any and/or all of these can be taught by a SPECOPS instructor as a one-on-one personal fitness program: Guerrilla and Grass Drills, Buddy and Log PT, Army Callisthenics and PT Test, SF Swim Test, SOF Ruck Marches, Circuit Training, SF Combatives; Special Ops outdoor activities such as climbing, rappelling, scout swimming, etc.; military style stretching, warm-ups, regimes, diets, and cool downs.

SFAS Prep Course
Two days of intensive SF Training.
Basic and Intermediate. Among skills you'll learn and practice are equipment set up, combat swimmer strokes, ditch and don drills, insertion and exfil drills, beach recon and landing drills, physical structure for demo and removal, covert riverine swims and navigation.
Class size: 2-6 persons.
Pre-Requisite: Given the nature of this course you must be able to swim efficiently, you must pre-check your kit before arrival─if your fins don’t fit over your allstars or your masks leaks, you’ll be miserable. No fear of water and or the things that swim in it. You must have travelers' insurance. You can always contact us with any concerns or questions.
Cost & Materials: $1200.00 is the basic cost, which does not include flight, hotel, rental vehicle, or meals. (MRE) lunch will be provided on the water. Materials, which include swim trunks, lycra or 1mm rash guard shirt, BDUs trousers, booties/Converse allstars, fins, mask, web gear/CamelBak, canteen, knife and swimmer's vest must be provided by student. This equipment (high quality and what we use) can be purchased through SPECOPS prior but we must have a 2-week lead time, exact sizes, plus full payment for cost of equipment.
